The WTA is a membership association based in the city of Worcester, Worcestershire, UK.

It is made up of locally based retailers, hotels, tourist attractions, organisations, and event planners. with the intention of helping, supporting and encouraging tourism in the city of Worcester.

The Worcester Tourism Association is a voluntary body that has been running for twenty one years this year and is made up of nearly seventy businesses and individuals based in the Worcester area who arecommitted to promoting Worcester as a tourist destination for the benefit of its members. There is currently a drive to encourage new members to join the Association and to contact any past businesses who have lapsed membership.

“Theo Theobald is a man on a mission; he’s a poet with a purpose a Bard with big ambitions.

As Worcestershire’s first ever poet Laureate, Theo has pledged to bring his individual mix of spoken word, comedic observation and rhyming couplets (well most of them do!)

 to as wide and diverse an audience as possible.”
